Impeccable staff and service! In a great location - taxis in the Liguria area are expensive which we were already aware of so the proximity to the piazza for restaurants and the port to catch the ferry was great. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when we come back.

We were greeted by a lovely young man who couldn’t do enough for us. We needed parking as my husband has a disability, our car was too big to park by the entrance so we had to park in the underground car park next door. Unfortunately it was several floors down and no lift so slightly defeated the object. However, the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as stress free as possible.

Breakfast was excellent. The smoked salmon a bonus. The people were nice and gave us a bottle of Prosecco for my gfs birthday. We really liked the private garden area that our room had, the bed was clean and the shower worked well

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Viviana, Emanuela and Bruno. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars. Santa Margherita is a convenient location to visit other towns along the Italian Riviera.

A wonderful boutique hotel, perfectly situated a stones throw from the town. Delicious breakfasts, very clean and well attended room with friendly staff. We attended for a family wedding and it was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend.

The breakfast was great and the two women working during breakfast were wonderful. However, the lady in the reception was not very nice nor helpful. For instance, she did not let us use the hotel bathroom when we came to pick up the bags after we had checked out a little bit earlier. We already knew that there was a toilet in the first floor for hotel guests but she said that there was none and later said that it was out of order when we were a bit startled by her answer (as we saw that the another guest was able to use one just one hour earlier the same day by another employee).
