Documentation of the pet with vaccination must be presented at check-in and deworming in order. Appropriate behaviour of the pet that does not disturb the tranquillity of other guests is expected. This hotel feels like a charming boutique with a great swimming pool and a lovely rooftop area. The room was spacious, featuring a very comfortable, large bed and a small balcony. The internet connection was reliable throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with fresh orange juice and the option of coffee from a machine or a barista and real açai. Our flight was later in the day, so the hotel kindly stored our luggage at reception and allowed us to shower before heading to the airport. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Nativo- the staff are brilliant and the hotel was also fantastic. Really nice breakfasts, amazing rooftop pool, morning yoga sessions. The room was also perfect.
