I came to the hotel with a group and from start to finish the staff were superb. The communication and attention to detail was first class. A special thank you to Jonatan and the team who took care of all our requests. The food was delicious and the hotel was very clean. The location is wonderful.

Practically everything at this hotel met or exceeded my expectations: The room was very nice with an extremely comfortable bed, the room had air conditioning that wasn't too noisy and the shower room was well equipped. The housekeeping staff were amazing and even formed the bed blankets into lovely shapes and designs (e.g. a butterfly) each time the room was cleaned - a really nice thought. The food at the main restaurant (we only ever had breakfast and dinner) was EXCEPTIONAL, we were constantly impressed by the vast spread on offer and you were really spoilt for choice and cuisines. I think the main highlight of this hotel was the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Manu and Juan G at reception who went above and beyond to help us out when we had problems arise. And also Sofia who worked in the restaurant who was extremely kind and welcoming. It was great to be in a hotel where the staff have a little bit of fun and a laugh with the guests and amongst other staff members but also keep up high standards and professionalism at the same time.

Buffet excellent. View was not super, but we never stay in room. Pool needs more shade gets warm but we go to the ocean to cool off.

Restaurant and Reception staff were excellent - Pool bar staff were very attentive. Breakfast was very comprehensive with a very varied choice. Pool was very clean - but a little small.
