The location near to congress centre. Very close to supermarket. The selection option offers significantly higher comfort (nice cabanas at the pool, drinks, coffee, better places to sit at breakfast) and I would recommend it. I would recommend the rooms with cabanas. Our room had side sea view, and is way lower category (but we booked last minute so there was no other option).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel. Our very comfortable suite was immaculately clean and the perfect size for myself, my daughter and granddaughter, with a spectacular sea view. We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, some sweets and a little handwritten welcome note, which we very much appreciated. We were also provided with a cot without having to ask for one. The balcony was very large and safely enclosed for our toddler to play. The suite also had a shower, bath, microwave, fridge, kettle etc, as well as very comfortable beds, bedding and sofa. Overall the facilities at the hotel are excellent including a toddler pool, large pool and indoor swimming pool and gym etc. and the snack bar was very good and reasonably priced. However, the icing on the cake are the wonderful staff who are extremely friendly and professional, and particularly the entertainment staff who go over and above to ensure everyone enjoys their holiday. Our granddaughter absolutely loved the children’s shows and activities and especially Woogi! A big thank you to all the staff who made this such a special holiday for our 15 month old granddaughter. We highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully return next year.

Very good breakfast, lots of choice. Great location, beachfront, a flat 20 minute walk into Santa Eulalua centre, or a taxi for about €5. Excellent supermarket very close by. Lovely pool and poolside bar. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Would certainly stay here again.

Super super friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant and the kids club. They do a wonderful job!!! This has been the highlight of our stay! Great location, close to supermarket, rock beach and has a very nice lobby.

The hotel is a nice building strategically positioned in front of the beach and a short walk from Santa Eulalia marina and Niu Blau beach. Sandro who was in charge of entertainment was an exceptional addition to the holiday. The staff were generally polite and efficient.

Lots of space even though it’s a big hotel, it didn’t feel crowded. Clean and nicely decorated. Good breakfast, lots of options and enough tables
