The staff there are fantastic. They arrange a little boat to come pick you up from the island to take you to the hotel at first and they arrange them to come pick you up anytime with just 10mins warning. The breakfasts are great and super communication. The owners really care!

The location, the thought that has gone into the rooms and public areas, the views and the owner! We arrived after a 5 day jungle trek to a warm welcome and a beautiful room, thank you also for sharing your knowledge with us, very much appreciated, we await the book 🧡

Erick was really welcoming, responsive, and attentive to our needs and situation. Always ready to help and give good advice. The place is quiet, nice and has a nice view over Flores Island and the lake. You get to the hotel thanks to a small boat and the ones you take to get there and leave are free (otherwise it's 10Q per person until 10:00pm). Around the hotel there's a viewpoint, a beach and a small archeological site. For the rest you always have to take a small boat. Nice room, hot shower.

We loved the property and the boat ride to arrive but most importantly we loved Eric as he was so welcoming and he helped us organize all of our activities. It was an amazing way to start our holidays! Next time we will stay longer. Yolanda's typical breakfast was also great. The view on the city is amazing and it's very calm compared to the Centro.

Beautiful Location: Nestled in the rainforest, surrounded by wildlife like hummingbirds, howler monkeys, and butterflies—a nature lover’s dream. Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms had good beds and a nice shower, making for a pleasant stay. Friendly Host: The owner is very kind and helpful, and there’s occasionally an American staff member on-site who speaks English and provides excellent assistance. Delicious Food: The meals were excellent, with the pancakes being a standout. Great Chill Areas: The location offers excellent spaces to relax, even when it’s raining. There are hammocks on the roof with a cover and plenty of board games to keep you entertained. Tours and Shuttles: A range of tours and transportation options to other cities are available, which is convenient.

Staff was great. Erick was very helpful and kind. The view from across the lake is incredible. There are ruins to be explored on this side of the lake and its a comfortable boardwalk hike. I'd recommend doing so. A few good restaurants on this side of the lake as well. 10Q to take a water taxi to Flores. Lots of action there.
