The staff was super friendly specially Shohag in the front desk when we did the check in and Jorge during breakfast service! They made the stay much better and were super helpful!!!!

Location good, although downtown is a bit dodgy. Comfortable spacious room and balcony. Pool is pretty good and the hot tub Bathroom and shower good too.

Perfect location for Santa Cruz. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The shower was great! We didn’t use the pool but it looked really good!
