The location is excellent, not too far out of Santa Cruz and offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of town

I always look for a good looking hotel, this hotel ticked all the boxes. Not only was it pretty to look at but it was in an excellent location for us. Our room was clean & comfortably and very quiet, particularly as we were on the ground floor right next to the car park. The food was great, the staff were friendly and polite. I would like to give a “huge” shout out to Nicola, she served us twice in the evening and one breakfast, she was extremely efficient and always had a smile on her face and made time to talk to us, she was the nicest person we met in our whole 3 week vacation. Thank you Nicola.

Room was fine. Was unaware of breakfast being available until checking out. Similarly not made aware of restaurant being available on site.
