Toilet and shower together, so it’s busy in the mornings and a lot of water there. Staff tried to fix this all and was good but I think you just need more toilets for that amount of people. But terrace is really nice and everything else was comfortable

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The terrace is a nice touch. A big plus is that they have drinking water in the common areas as tap water in Tenerife is undrinkable due to the chemicals.

Nice and big terrace on the roof. Also room was big with high ceilings. Since it wasn't that hot, there was no problem with lack of air

Great location, very close to the city center, making it convenient to explore. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and there are plenty of shower cabins, which means no waiting in line. I also loved that there was a separate toilet directly in the room—such a thoughtful touch! The terrace is another highlight, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a long day.

The value for money was unbeatable. The kitchen, though small, was well-equipped. The staff was excellent, and the terrace was amazing! Plus, it's right in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife
