The location is great as it’s close to everything and has some good local bars outside. The breakfast is good - a good range of choice. The room was clean and the bed was superb. The view was ok, but room did feel a little hemmed in. That was the only negative as the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Love this hotel, always stay here when in Santa Cruz. Location is ideal, near shops, bars and restaurants and also the Tranvia. Hotel is quiet, clean and very comfortable.

Location is central. But that also means that you hear everything that goes on outside. One time a concert that was interrupted by the rain the next day a demonstration that went on for quite a while. All in all it is kept to a limit, however, the windows, even on the side of the hotel are pretty thin. So you hear everything.

The hotel Is central location, you can visit the city walking. It is quite hotel with nice staff surrounded nice restaurants
