Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is fantastic — surrounded by great cafés, bars, and restaurants, making it super easy to enjoy the local vibe. Would definitely stay here again! 🌟

I was stunned when I walked into the room as it looked even better than the pictures. Beautiful spacious room, very well sound proofed. Housekeeping did a spotless job as the cleaning was impressive. Comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location is perfect, very close to the tram as we if you wish to go around. A special mention goes to Lizzy as she helped us a lot with information and amenities, she even printed the bus time table for me and my boyfriend before our departure. I highly recommend this hotel as it was perfect and the staff is amazing.

Everything was perfect—welcoming and friendly staff at the entrance, an ideal location, and a beautifully designed, comfortable room. Don’t miss out on the best pizza in town at La Tagliatella, just 50 meters from the hotel!

Our apartment looked exactly like in photos, everything was clean and well equiped. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and even couch was very comfortable as I had to spend a lot of time in apartment due to work. Apartment is very bright and sunny. Location is excellent. And staff was very helpful and accommodating, special thanks to Natasha!

The location is absolutely perfect! You are in the city center at walking distance from monuments and places of interest, parks, supermarkets, bus stops... Our suite was a home from home and pretty quiet. The staff has been very helpful and we'll definitely come back in the future!
