I need to be near the port for one night and the hotel the hotel was excellent. The room overlooked the Christmas lights along the walkway. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Center of Santa Cruz. Near restaurants and shopping centers. Very close to the bus station. Rooms and bathrooms have enough space.

Great location in the city centre. About 9 km to Las Teresitas beach. Decent price for the room. Small fridge was available. Fair price for the breakfast.

The location is closed to City Center. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The price is good and the breakfast is delicious and lots of choice.

We dtayed here 2 nights, the first when we arrived in Santa Cruz and the second before we returned in Madrid. The second dtay was better with the room cleaner and the hair dryer working. The first time the room was not the cleanest and the hair dryer was not working. All in all it's a hotel that does the trick, not fancy, just very standard and it's located in the center.

Perfect location! In the heart of the city. Everything was ok, with the opportunity to check in at night. The breakfast was also very good and diverse.

The room was very small but for one night it was perfect - very clean and right in the centre of everything. We didn’t opt for breakfast because the reviews online were not great.
