Ana and Patricia were our hosts. Everything was set up for our stated arrival time. Unfortunately I did not see Patricia's text message about the arrival procedure. But upon arrival the parking lot guard opened the gate for us and took us to the apartment where Ana's rep gave us the keys. We spoke with Ana by phone as we don't speak Spanish and she explained everything. The next day we had our car damaged while parked and Ana spoke with the police while we were at the station as again we were unable to communicate effectively. This was very helpful to us and we were quite relieved and grateful. The apartment had beautiful views. It was wonderful to look at the activity in the busy town below and the sea while sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine as the day came to an end. A short stay but very relaxing and memorable!
