Staff is amazing! Pretty cool nice place located just walking distance to the city center. I definitely recommend the place and Velvet hostal. Provided breakfast came as a surprised!

Well decorated, nice and secure place. Very kind and helpfull personal, they speak good english. Tasty breakfast and good coffee. They also have some food and drinks for sale. Wifi. 5 minutes walk to the center of town.

Amazing stay! The property was located in a great area, the room I stayed was lovely, and the included breakfast was really good. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and were great at answering all of my questions. I would stay here again.

When we noticed the mould in room the staff were very helpful in getting us in a new room. The new room did unfortunately have mould also. Breakfast was great.

I really liked the hospitality and the kindness of the whole staff, from the people at the reception to the manager of the hotel. The location is also great, as it is not far away from the city center, which make both walking and taking an uber a great option. There is a restaurant on the spot (we didn't try it thou) and delicious breakfasts. Beer selection is also good. Close to it there are a couple of great popuserias, which we really recommend trying. The overall experience here was great and we will definitely come back when in the country again.

Staff were excellent and so friendly. All of them went out of our way to make sure we had a great time in Santa Ana, from explaining bus routes to restaurant recommendations. The free breakfast is also delicious!. Could not fault this place!
