The bed was sooo comfortable. The room had a nice decor and great rocking chair. The AC and hot water work! Location was pretty good. I always felt safe walking around, even at night.

We had a lovely stay at Las Peurtas. The owner was very friendly and helpful (despite my poor Spanish). The hostel is located a short walk from the main square. It was incredibly clean and the garden was area was nice to sit in. As the rooms are set back from the street, it was quiet at night.

This is a safe, clean and quiet place to stay, and a short walk from the main plaza and bus stations. Although the receptionist didn't speak any English they have signs in the lobby in both Spanish and English with clear instructions of how to get to nearby attractions outside Santa Ana. My bed was huge and the whole place appears as in the photos. If you want your room cleaned leave your key at reception.

the girl in reception speaks English well and very helpful! it saved us a lots of energy and time when we were following her instructions to take the buses from Santa Ana to San Salvador. we’ve stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. the room for 2&3 nights was very nice. room was spacious and the shower has very good hot water.

Quiet at night time. No street traffic noise. There is a kitchen so you can make tea and coffee and basic food. Staff are really lovely! Very clean! Secure and safe place. Location is fine. You're only maybe 10 mins walk from the centre. Aircon works well. Hot shower. I would stay here again!
