A lovely hotel, staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. It was a last minute booking and we arrived very late in the evening but the gentleman at the desk was super polite and helpful. The breakfast was great too. Lots of choice for the whole family and the staff again we very helpful and polite. The rooms were large and comfy and clean.

Has a good price and placed in a quiet part of the city. From the beginning I was astonished by the route(2metro and bus to get to city centre) but the public transportation one of the best I experienced. It took only 45 minutes. The bed and pillows were so excellent that we decided to spend one whole evening in the hotel😆

I LOVED the fact that they had food and water bowls for our dog; not only that but a poop bag dispenser and a bone treat! I thought that was great. My husband also tried the breakfast and thought it was very good. We stayed at the hotel to be with relatives for Christmas. It was very appealing aesthetically and emotionally satisfying to see the hotel decorated for the holidays. Decor DOES make a difference.

The included breakfast was lovely with a lot of selections. The room was clean and the front desk service was good.

The room was tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the overall attitude of the hotel staff was mediocre, especially the lady at the front desk wearing glasses. She didn’t smile at all and kept a stern face, as if we had done something to offend her. The hotel management should strengthen their training on service awareness. If no improvement is made, you risk losing repeat customers.

Free parking space in front of hotel. Very good breakfast. Quite hotel. Just 15 minutues by car to barcelona city center and 15 minutes to El Prat airport from hotel.
