Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Fair for the price. Bus station is near and best caffee Chianatta-totally reccomend. Only there was bath but no bath plug. Still we wery much liked this place.

Dog friendly. Secure parking. Clean. Comfy bed, nice staff. The dog kit was super cute, mini bar if needed.

Its my second stay at Sercotel Porta. Im always traveling by car and there is many free parking spaces in front of hotel. The breakfast is also perfect.

Lots of free parking places outside. Breakfast is good including fresh orange juice and decent coffee. Room was clean and warm (in January). Bed was just alright.

A lovely hotel, staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. It was a last minute booking and we arrived very late in the evening but the gentleman at the desk was super polite and helpful. The breakfast was great too. Lots of choice for the whole family and the staff again we very helpful and polite. The rooms were large and comfy and clean.

Has a good price and placed in a quiet part of the city. From the beginning I was astonished by the route(2metro and bus to get to city centre) but the public transportation one of the best I experienced. It took only 45 minutes. The bed and pillows were so excellent that we decided to spend one whole evening in the hotel😆

I LOVED the fact that they had food and water bowls for our dog; not only that but a poop bag dispenser and a bone treat! I thought that was great. My husband also tried the breakfast and thought it was very good. We stayed at the hotel to be with relatives for Christmas. It was very appealing aesthetically and emotionally satisfying to see the hotel decorated for the holidays. Decor DOES make a difference.
