We were greeted by the excellent reception staff who provided a thorough briefing of the facilities of the hotel. We then enjoyed a fantastic massage & all facilities provided in the spa area. Later on in the evening we were spoilt by the professionalism of the lounge/bar staff.

The location is great Staff was excellent, very attentive abdominal well trained. The Hotel is an icon, a real Grand Hotel.

Old colonial splendour. Right on the front looking at the med. many great restaurants within walking distance - we ate at the hotel one night - it was amazing & wine was exceptional a bit expensive but worth it for a special time. Also great swimming pool

We were upgraded on arrival and the room and facilities were excellent. The hotel staff were particularly helpful and friendly, and all were very well turned out - with separate uniforms depending upon the time of day. The location overlooking the sea was very attractive, and the pool, lounge and bar areas were exceptional.

Beautiful hotel and first class staff service. Junior suite with sea view exceeded all expectations. Excellent location only 10 minute walk into town centre. Fantastic breakfast and poolside restaurant.

The best hotel I have ever been . We lost money by the pool and even didn’t know about it . The staff of the hotel found 750€ and gave us . The best hotel in the world and the best staff in the world . The food was perfect,delicious and fresh . The service was at the highest level . I will come back to this stunning hotel.
