This property is a few mins walk from the train station which is great and very close to walk to Center Nice and quiet It’s a family run business and the genuine warm welcome makes a difference , the personal touch is there and that goes a very long way The bedroom a small single was lovely and warm and bathroom was modern the bedlinen lovely everything just right. The continental breakfast was perfect I will return in the summer

The kindness of the people and the location, near to the station, the harbour and the centre. In summer the garden is lovely!

Very friendly host Lorenzo and his mum made us feel welcome, awesome service, morning breakfast with coffee, all were the top. location 5 min from station, 5 min from main streets, close to the beach, supermarket 2 min, room with enough space to move around, and balcony.

Staff, breakfast and location were great. Great base from which to rent bikes and cycling up the coast. Exploring the old town was amazing, great training for our later trip to the Dolomites.

Things were easy, location was fine, bed was confortable. Breakfast in the garden, the coffee was good. Staff was friendly, accommodating and pleasing.

Big room, lovely high ceilings, 5 mins to the train station and 5 mins to the old town. Very good air conditioning. Lovely owners.
