We really did enjoy our stay. The place is pristine clean and Conny and Rudolf were always ready to help bringing some Lego's for our kids. Breakfast (very important for me) is excellent as mentioned in most reviews. We will most likely come back next year. Now and I won't put in the 'dislike' as there is nothing I disliked but more about managing expectations: - this is a very comfy place but not a luxurious one - without a car reaching Sankt Martin will be a bit complicated - it is 20 min away from Flachau. I was a bit worried about it upon arrival but actually it wasn't a problem at all. Definitely recommended!

The hosts were super nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Great area. A comfy bedroom and a good shared kitchen. Commute to Schladming in 30min.

Host is very nice. Room is very good, clean and cozy like stay at home. We got everything we want. Breakfast was exceptional.
