A lovely location. The apartment seemed relatively newly built and was fine for a few days' stay. Very good pool which was well maintained. Welcoming and friendly owners. Parking plentiful. A nearby coffee shop had good supplies for breakfast. A favourite quiet beach, from previous stays, is 10 minutes away. Thanks for a relaxing time.

The hotel is relatively new with nice and well-maintained pool. It is outside of the village and it is quiet and calm area. The hosts are welcoming and polite.

A very nice Apartment close to Sani beach with a big infinity pool facing the sea. Surrounded by nature in a really nice area of Chalkidiki. Quiet and fairly small (only 4 Units in the 1st floor and 8 in the fround Floor). There is a shaded parking area with enough parking spots available. The Units on the 1st floor are nice with comfortable beds and a nice big balcony from where you can see the sea and the nature. The complex itself is located on a hill therefore you have a good view. The room has a small kitchen with a nespresso machines (the capsules are refilled every day). The staff is helpfull, the rooms are cleaned every day. There is a small caffee close by to get a morning coffee and some cream or cheese pie. The next Restaurants are aprox. 10 minutes driving away. Bigger supermarkets (LIDL or Masoutis) are a 15 minutes drive away. Sani beach is not usable anymore because the area is occupied by the Hotels, there is only a small area which can be used by tourists but you have to bring you own sunbeds and umbrellas. But there a plenty of other nice beaches on Chalkidiki (e.g. in Afytos). It was a very nice stay, which we definitly can recommend.

The hosts and the people working at Sani Gulf are very polite, always ready to help and are working hard to make sure the guests have everything they need. The place is wonderfully looked after, the apartments and the services are very good. It is a nice place to relax and if you like good beaches and more busy avenues, it’s all very close (10 minutes with the car). Ask the owners for good places to visit, they know all the good places around and are ready to help. The pool and the balcony was very nice. There is a parking lot next to the apartments/suites. Also, a nice small store with fresh fruits and vegetables is next to Sani Gulf. For a swim you can visit Sani Beach, which is very close to Sani Gulf

The property is a boy a year old so pretty much brand new. The quality of the build is excellent and lots of nice touches such as the quality of the dinners, the pool, cleanliness, attention to details, use of Netflix on the TV. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly towards us! They were so lovely. Anastasia and her husband were good fun too. They helped us with organising taxis, food parcel etc…

Relaxing pool area with lovely green surroundings. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Also, location is great with short distance to beaches and restaurants by car. The people who run the hotel are lovely and very professional creating a very relaxing environment that nothing is too much trouble.

Nice location, and layout, with a beautiful pool. The managers were very gracious in waiting for us to arrive and welcome us in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed.

Nice facility. The rooms were clean . There is a kitchen, iit is a bit small but with necessary equipment. The pool is splendid especially for the small children it is a paradise ☺️ Towels are given at the pool. The couple running the hotel were so lovely and helpful.
