Good location. Close to the tram into the city. Parking is under the apartment which was very handy. Apartment was clean and warm.

Perfect for short stay . It’s close to the luas and bus stop with grocery stores and restaurants nearby . Very quiet neighbourhood and has most things needed for a short stay .

Very clean and comfortable. There were some elements in the kitchen where you would know it is a rental, which was fine. I was really impressed by the apartment and how secure it was as well

The staff at reception were uber helpful, it was over Christmas so we missed them sometimes, but everyone deserves a break. They made us feel welcome and immediately helped out where we had an issue, that wasn’t even in their remit, very helpful indeed. It’s so close to the LUAS, maybe 100m, it made travel very easy, and on the sixth floor so no outside noise.

A lovely warm welcome from Staff member Claire who explained all the details regarding room card keys, facilities, access to building from car park and parking. Met her again at the end of our stay and was delighted we were very happy with the facilities. Certainly we will be using this accommodation again. €5 per night for parking is great value.
