Great location, handy to everything in a quiet location and the host (doesn’t live on-site) was very accommodating to have lights and heating on for us for our late night arrival. The house had all the facilities needed for our 4 night stay. It was spotlessly clean, had off street parking and a lovely private courtyard at the rear which was a great spot to have breakfast with an outdoor dining table and chairs. The beds were comfortable and the house decor was fresh and welcoming without being too fussy. An added bonus was a great cafe, Giddy Up, just a little way further up Princes Street for coffee, breakfast or lunch

It was an easy anytime check-in. The place is spacious yet very cosy. The owner is super fast in his replies and always happy to accommodate whatever he is asked for. We had a great time at this house. Thank you!

The house was warmed up for us when we checked in, the room sizes were bigger than expected, just a beautiful house overall.

Excellent spot godd to do in all directions daytrips Even most southern spot. Brunie Island. Good facilities near by walking distance.
