Refreshing to visit somewhere you are made to feel welcome and valued. My kids look forward to staying here and Tye & Diane make sure we are all looked after, even the dog gets a treat. Comfortable, clean room with everything you need and ideally situated in a lovely peaceful village. Breakfast is excellent and all made freshly with a brilliant selection.

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Parking over the road was convenieint. Even though the hosts had a little trouble with our booking just before we arrived, they sorted out the problem efficiently. The host was keen to help us with where to visit, and enjoyed listening to our own exploration stories!

Very welcoming the staff was really nice and polite. The room was twice what we were expecting and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast we had this morning was amazing thank you, Tye and Diane. Also, Tye the breakfast you made this morning was brilliant, my partner and I. Enjoyed every mouth full we'd love to come back and maybe stay longer

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Chilton Villa, and it was nothing short of wonderful! As a family, we were immediately struck by how clean, cozy, and well-maintained the property was. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options that set us up perfectly for the day ahead. Fresh, home-cooked, and plentiful – just what you want from a bed and breakfast! What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible hospitality of the owner. Warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. From helpful local recommendations to just being a kind, friendly presence, they made us feel right at home. We can't recommend Chilton Villa enough – it’s a gem in Worth, and we’ll definitely be back. If you're looking for a place with charm, cleanliness, great food, and amazing hosts, this is the place to stay!

The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent - various cereals, yoghurts and fruit together with cooked breakfast, toast and coffee - all very enjoyable and plentiful

Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of cereals and fresh fruit. Tye was one of the friendliest hosts we had and gave good advice for sightseeing. It'a good place for exploring Canterbury and the coast. The local pub serves good food within a five minutes walk.
