The cleanliness was excellent. The lady who let us in was friendly and welcoming. We had use of a fridge which was really helpful as it was a really hot week. We had a stand up fan that was definitely appreciated! I loved the feel of the place,byou can imagine it having been very grand in it's day. The lounge area was beautiful!

Very warm welcome from Diane who kindly helped us with luggage up to first floor as I travelled with a cousin with limited mobility. Breakfast not included but an optional breakfast box could be ordered if wished. Fridge was available in the communal lounge to store our drinks in. Our room (number 3) was very spacious, comfortable and equipped with TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Very comfy sofa, as well as 2 chairs and a small table. Electric fan much appreciated with a spell of warm weather. 2 single beds were comfortable.
