Hotel Overview

The main building at Björkudden was built in 1892 as a school. The bricks for the house were shipped from England and in 1952 it became a boarding-house. Nowadays, each newly renovated guest room has TV, telephone and internet access.
The elegant and fully licensed in-house restaurant at Björkuddens Hotell offers a menu reflecting the seasons. This beautiful venue is the perfect place to celebrate any occasion, with its light enhancing 2-metre high windows.

A surprisingly beautiful find, location is incredible situated on the waters edge, the food in the restaurant was exquisite, the service was first class and to top it all the sauna was stunning with its own little jetty to dive into the clear fresh water.
