Property very close to the centre of the city. Excellent for exploring San Sebastian on foot. Up steep stairs but there was a lift. Host friendly and helpful, arranged easy access to the room via phone call as we arrived during siesta time. The room was well appointed and comfortable.

Beatrix was brilliant at advising us where to go and what to do. She even left us some Cava in the fridge for our anniversary-what a nice thought. The property is central for everything

A great position in the heart of the old town. Very busy at night, but it didn't disturb us from a good sleep. Beatriz is such a warm host and even gave up her seat when we met her in a busy pintxos bar.

It was right in the heart of the old town, with delicious pintxos bars all around and a church at either end of the street. Also close to the 3 beaches, the aquarium, the museum and the shops
