Please note that the guest house is located in a building without a lift. Reception is on the 1st floor and the rooms on the 2nd.Please note that bicycle, skate, board or anything else with an extra volume, only 1 volume per room is possible at a cost of €10 per day. It is necessary to indicate it in the reservation.Check-in after 23:00 is not possible.There is no room cleaning service on Sundays, but if you want or need this service, please let us know 2 days in advance, the cost is 30 € extra.PLEASE NOTE: The air conditioning for both Cold and Heat will be turned off from 23:30 to 13:00 horas.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

It's close to the rail and bus station and to the downtown. The lady at the reception was exceptionally helpful as I arrived quite late.

The hotel's location is excellent, only a few minutes from the beach and some nice bars and restaurants. The room was relatively small but had everything we needed, so we enjoyed our stay.

The property location is perfect! Walking distance to the full resort. Pela was extremely helpful throughout. The room was lovely and clean, bed very comfortable and rental of beach towels for €1 each was super. We would definitely return

the beach is about at 5 minutes also the train 10 minutes walking, downtown is near as well, by the way the staff always was lovely and polite.

Great value. Location perfect, very close to centre and beach but on a quiet street. Pilar was very welcoming and gave us loads of recommendations. Room spotlessly clean.

This is a really nice and peaceful place to stay right near the main beach in San Sebastián. It was a nice and comfortable room and it was quiet at night, perfect for some good rest.
