It is located in the middle of Old Town, very conveniently placed. It has a huge bathroom.

From the bus station the accommodation is a short 10-15 minute walk along the river to the old town area. On arrival you are greeted with a warm welcome from Pilli who will provide you with a wealth of information . It is in a fab location with bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a short walk to the beach area. The rooms are compact but fully formed. Quiet room, Comfy bed, we had a large bathroom and bottles of water provided daily. (No tea/coffee making facilities which was the only negative) We stayed for 4 nights and nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping and change of towels daily. Definitely value for money. I would 100% stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The lady on reception was very helpful and lovely. She always had a smile on her face. She told us about a Vintage Car Rallye which was fabulous and my husband really enjoyed it. The location is excellent and was spotless. It's close to all the bars that sell amazing tapas. San Sebastian is BEAUTIFUL and we will definitely be back again and would stay here too.

Easy access with bags as there is a lift. The location is great as it is right in the old town. The reception was absolutely a joy to deal with - Pili is amazingly efficient and personal…. Nothing is too hard for her to deal with.

A fantastic place to stay located in the heart of the old town in San Sebastian. Made to feel very welcome and was given lots of information about where to eat the best pintxos and things to do. There are 4 rooms, ours (Nairobi) was comfortable and clean and had an excellent shower. The hotel is situated on the second floor with lift access and they also have beach towels. The old town is full of bars and restaurants, all within a ten minute walk. The closest beaches are about 15 mins by foot. The owner is a lovely lady who was so helpful during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s was very clean and the room and bathroom were really spacious (especially the bathroom) The location was fantastic, close to everything and lady working there was so helpful and very friendly. If I go back I’ll stay in the same place.
