Conveniently located. Very clean and secure. Parking available (for extra cost). Instructions how to access very well documented. Marina on reception very helpful.

Extremely clean and safe property. Check in instructions were simple and clear. Paula was outstanding and nothing was too much for her and her staff. The location was excellent and so was the price we paid!

Jon sent clear instructions to find the parking which was underground and very secure. All entry points are coded , no key required which is fantastic with the beach close by. Whilst there are no tea and coffee facilities in your room there is a drinks station with tea and coffee supplied and some biscuits and small muffins.

Fantastic hotel! Super friendly, professional staff, and very helpful. They reached out before our arrival to ensure we would know where to park and where to go, and helped with recommendations in the city and surrounding area. The hotel itself has a really clean, modern appearance inside. I liked the self-service coffee and snacks, and the room was clean and quiet, exactly what we needed. I will very happily visit them again on my next trip to San Sebastian.

It was clean, modern and well located. Check in was from 1pm and the girl on the desk was lovely and welcoming.
