The place was clean and tidy. There is an excellent bar restaurant onsite and they do a lovely cooked breakfast. Although outside of the town, a taxi will arrive within 10 minutes and to travel to the old town cost only €10. For the price and to have a base in San Sebastián it is excellent value. I would certainly use it again but ask for a ground floor room next time which would reduce the number of steps in the accommodation areas. As a transit area it was excellent for us on our journey home.

Located on the edge of San Sebastian and possible to walk in in about 45 mins. Very well appointed budget accommodation that will meet all your needs for a stay in San Sebastian. Well located just off a main motorway and therefore easily accessible in a car

The location was good if you prefer to be away from the fun of the town. The view from the bedroom window was to a farmhouse and rolling hills. the room was simple but comfortable, clean, well lit. the bathroom had a good shower (though the shower fitting continually fell off but that was a minor issue.)

This Pensiõn is in a beautiful location. Gorgeous surrounding countryside views. Near San Sebastian and lots of other places. The staff are very good. The food is good. They do a 'frappélatte' which is great as a dessert or with a drop of Baileys added. Great terrace. Big bar/ restaurant. The downside for us was the room. On entering the building, there was a strong smell of urine! On entering our room, the smell was overpoweringly musty mixed with cleaning spray. Maybe the spray is used to try to mask the smell. It doesn't work, and the two smells together are just awful. The beds are camp style and have poor mattresses. There is a black cloth type thing across one wall and this holds a lot of dust. I've no idea why it is there, maybe to cover some I'll or other. It should be removed and the room needs a makeover. This place should be a goldmine but it's seen better days. The rooms let it down. Bathroom was clean enough and large. Moisture removal is an issue as the outlet clogged with dust etc and this is adding to the musty smell in the room .
