Great location right in the old town, but never noisy (the double glazed windows really do the job). Room was a modest size but great value. Perfect for the budget-minded solo traveller.

The room was lovely The position excellent The owner very kind. We didn't arrive on our first nights booking as the train from SANTIAGO TO Madrid was delayed and we missed our connection to San Sebastion . The owner only charged us for 2 nights instead of 3 .

Ideal for a three day stay. Facilities were clean, staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was small but had an ensuite and for the price was extremely reasonable and the room comfortable. Location was on the edge of the old town but our room was quiet.
