Excellent value and the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in. We loved this apartment!! It was great for us having free parking and being on the outskirts as we wanted to drive to Bilbao and other places, so this location was perfect. It was just a few minutes drive into San Sebastián too.

Good location for us, 9 min driving to the hospital. Garage with inside parking included which was great since it was raining. Fully equiped kitchen. New building, new apartment, very spacious, very calm.

Positives: • Clear instructions: Easy to locate the apartment and navigate the building. Parking is flexible within the garage, though I had to ask for confirmation. • Convenient transportation: We used the dBus to get into town, with routes 19 or 31 taking 10-15 minutes. The return trip is only on the 31, as the 19 leaves you with a longer walk. • Affordable bus fares: Single journey is €1.85, but with the San Sebastián Card, it’s €1.50 per ride, and you get six journeys for €9 along with additional discounts. • Helpful app: The Citymapper app was very useful for checking bus schedules. • Walkability: On Sunday, we walked 25 minutes to the beach following the 31 bus route. Look out for a viewpoint on the left near the bottom, which leads to a set of steps down to the beach. • Nearby grocery store: BM supermarket is nearby and well-stocked for groceries. • WiFi: Good, reliable connection. • Quiet neighborhood: The area is peaceful and free from noise. • Comfortable amenities: The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, although we had to bring our own.

Spotless modern apartments, excellent facilities. Quite residential neighborhood. Very safe. 25 minute walk into town, all downhill 😄. Well serviced by BU11 and no 19 for return journey uphill 😄.

The flat is confortable and new, very functional, everthing works perfectly. Very useful the garage if you have a rented car.

The lady in the bar below was one of the most helpful and kindest people I met in Spain, a real asset. She helped me find the keys and showed my how to get around easily. Apartment was modern, clean and spacious, it had everything you needed and more. There was a good size balcony and you had a smart tv. There is a bar downstairs but it is quiet and does nice food and drink, reasonably priced. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the apartment and there were several to choose from. It is a 35 minute walk down hill to La Concha beach and Onderetta beach and in a car it is around a five minute drive. Across the road from the bus stop was the supermarket, open from 09.30 - 21.30. The location was peaceful and safe. The views are nice from the apartments, I sadly had one on the other side, which is not as nice but still pleasant.

The area is very quiet and has some fine buildings around. The room was spacious and had everything you need for a short stay.
