Such a comfy bed, great coffee bar and meal area downstairs, lovely restaurants near by and friendly helpful staff. Convenient location - the number 5 bus stops at the door!

We had the superior room with terrace and this really contributed to making our trip amazing. Sound proof rooms in Spain are a blessing if you are a light sleeper like myself. The bed was incredibly comfortable, good room size, modern, tastefully decorated. Gorgeous view. It rained 2 mornings and we were very happy to have a leisurely morning in the room, with a host of coffee spots, pastries and restaurants downstairs. The hotel is in a quiet-ish, upmarket area, outside of the main tourist part. 10 mins walk to the funicular and about 3 mins to the beach. We enjoyed going for pintxos locally as well as on the old town. There’s a bus stop outside the hotel and one about 30 meters away . Bus 5 that take you to the Old Town in around 10 mins. The bus 45 takes you from the train station to here too. Beautiful wine bar downstairs too, which was reasonably priced, for very high quality. Good WiFi connection if needed for work. A small supermarket next door, banks, and pharmacy within a few meters - this was the perfect location out of the over the noisy, touristy centre. Great for couples.

The hotel has a 24 hour reception service. It is also well-located (2 minute distance from the beach). The room was neat and comfy.

I liked the location, first of all. Close to beach area, transport station, nice and good bars on the street, the staff is friendly and helpfull. The rooms are very clean and they smell good and have amazing shower gel.

The location of the hotel is good, near to the Ondaretta beach, and the waterfront, with the old town around 30 minutes walk away, or accessible via a regular bus service from the end of the road. The rooms were modern and stylish, and well appointed. The staff on reception were helpful and friendly. Coffee shop and restaurant/bar in reception. In a good neighbourhood with food options in bakeries and bars, and a small supermarket.

Very nice boutique hotel with their own café and place for pintxos in a nice area of San Sebastian. In a quiet but lively area of the city, close to the university area. The staff was great and gave me an upgrade. I will return if I travel to San Sebastian again: they also have a similar hotel i Bilbao that I would recommend if you go there.
