Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It was also very bright and airy. Getting to the heart of old stone was just a short walk away. We were spoilt for choice when it came to food and shops. Definitely a very convenient location. We were also provided with info and a video of how to get there.

This hotel is gorgeous. The design is beautiful - classic features with a modern twist in terms of decor and colour schemes. Staff lovely, food good and our room was really comfortable. We were upgraded to a sea view-thank you! It was calming and I could say and watch the sea and the sky.

The location was absolutely superb, it made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. We were offered a welcome drink on arrival. Our room was great, very comfortable and spacious. The location was really good. The list of restaurants and pintxos that the hotel provided was a really nice addition especially listing the specialities of each place. They also left a message and small chocolate in the room for my birthday which was very nice.

Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms in the centre of the old town and right on the waterfront. Fantastic bar serving excellent Pintxo's and wines. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good facilities.
