It is my second time in this apartment in the beautiful San Sebastian. The flat is located near the Cathedral and propose 2 room with shared bathroom. It is clean, comfortable and charming. Minibar, cafe &tea + small snacks are also available.

Best stay of our trip! The lady that welcomed us showed us around the house, showed us a map with the city and some details, gave us glasses and a small champagne and we had everything in our room that made it a great stay - bathrobes, beach towels, small iron, toiletries, literally everything you’d need to be comfortable. She was such a nice person, she made sure the place is always clean and stocked up with the free things in the hallway. There was no issue with sharing the bathroom with the other room’s guests and you could lock the bathroom while in there so easy peasy, really clean and proper! The place is very central so you could easily access the beach, the old town, the bus station and you could come and leave whenever you want, plus easy check-out, just leave the keys and go. We would 100% reccommended this place for an amazing trip to San Sebastian!

Our host maintained everything beautifully and paid attention to detail in a way that made our stay so seamless & comfortable. From a full range of teas, coffee, refreshments, fresh fruit to clean facilities, towels, bedding, and everything else you can think of really. Great sharing of local knowledge too - including events happening during the weekend and a google map of pincxos restaurants. A central convenient location. Muchas Gracias!

Attention to welcoming detail, such an enjoyable stay. It is getting rarer to have the warm hospitality of a small, family run establishment. Mertxe was such a lovely host, her place was spotless and she attention to our comfort was unequalled. The room had a lovely feel and we slept well under a fan. The availability of laundry facilities was the icing on the cake.

Mertxe is the most gracious host. Nothing is too much and she is very generous. The place is spotless and all the extras thought of - umbrella, snacks, cold drinks, tea and coffee etc. Our washing was even done. The location is perfect - very central and we were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

It was a great location, with a lovely balcony, comfortable beds, and a nice coffee/tea station! The caretaker was so wonderful and kind! She did laundry for us and let us store our bags before we checked in. She is such a lovely person, and we appreciated her kindness.

Maria is a sweet host who helped us settle in nicely to her home, great location just out the main town with easy walk to old town and both beaches. Would definitely recommend this little home stay with private balcony!
