Great location. Easy walk into old town, shops or along river. Nice twin bed room - we had sea view this time. Parking (payable) just a few minutes from hotel.

Single room big enough, comfortable and clean. Good rainshower. WiFi with good connection. Friendly and helpful staf. Breakfast is ok, not too much to chose from, but there is enough to your liking. Great location. Value for money, long story short; highly recommended to stay when visiting Donostia - San Sebastian!

Nice size room, very clean & comfortable, lots of storage, staff were extremely friendly. The location is fantastic right on the edge of thd oldtown.

Close to the old town. Nice friendly informative staff. Big comfy bed. We had an inside room, just remember to turn on the air conditioning on well before you go to bed as it can get quite stuffy. Parking is just up the road.

The location of the hotel was perfect- right at the old town , on the edge of the water and a quick walk to both beaches. On arrival, the receptionist gave us very thorough information relating to the hotel and the area in general. Our room was on the ground floor and right at street level but it only had opaque colour glass panels and not a window so we had no view whatsoever. The beds were comfortable and had crisp white bed linen. The bathroom was very large and the walk-in shower would suit someone in a wheelchair,

I have to mention the staff first of all. They were all so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us, even with some personal matters. Eider and Isabel in reception were great and the manager Mr Iazurza also did his best to help. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the whole town. I would highly recommed this hotel to any traveller.
