We recently stayed at Illunion San Sebastián for four days during the end-of-year holiday, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s warm and thoughtful hospitality. One of the highlights for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly. Our dog was welcomed with a lovely gift and some treats, which made us feel instantly at home. It’s always a relief to find a hotel that goes the extra mile for furry family members! Our room was very nice. It had a spacious balcony, a modern and well-decorated bedroom, and modern bathroom. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, we didn’t hear a thing thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the windows. It made for a peaceful and restful stay. We also made use of the hotel’s parking, which was spacious and convenient. However, be sure to reserve your parking spot in advance to ensure availability. The location is good—just two blocks from Ondarreta Beach and about 2 km from Concha Beach and the old town. Additionally, the parallel street has plenty of bars, cafes, and shops, and there’s even a supermarket nearby for any essentials. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Illunion San Sebastián. We’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in the area!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean. Very welcoming to pets. Loved the bed, and toy provided. Many hotels charge extra for pets without any explanation as to why, and no provisions for pets.

Clean, tidy & conveniently located. You can walk to the old town. Or a bus can be taken from outside the hotel.

Very nice pet friendly room, even a bed, bowls and a toy were provided for our dog. The room was also really clean and the hotel very neat. Good location close to the beach. Nice breakfast.

Meets all the expectations of a Ilunion hotel. Large rooms with all the comfort you need. Excellent location. Just few minutes walk from the beach and the center. Delicious breakfast with a plenty of options. Good bar and restaurant with a terrace. Very helpful and welcoming front desk and all the staffs. Underground covered parking. You need to reserve a spot beforehand for the parking. We had a pleasant stay!

Reception staff efficient, decor stylish. Room good size, fridge and kettle. Bathroom with toilet that washed and dried. Secure underground parking. Found a lovely restaurant 5 mins away highly rated on TripAdvisor.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and is very smart. The pet-friendly room was great, very neat, and we were supplied with two bowls, a dog-towel and some treats. The hotel's location is very good, some 300m from the beach. Breakfast was very tasty.
