Staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The amenities in the hotel were limited during our stay in November 2024.

The views around the hotel are spectacular - particularly at night overlooking the bay and San Sebastian itself. There was a lady who was working in the bar at night and also during breakfast - she was very friendly and super efficient (I didn't catch her name) and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and a decent size. Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel gardens were nice for a stroll and aided by the amazing views. Nearby bus service into San Sebastion was pretty frequent and took payment cards. The route is also pretty scenic in itself. The roads and fields around the hotel remind me of Ireland! Good secure parking (necessary for Motorcycles).

Everything. For what we paid, we got an exceptional experience, in a very classy and comfortable hotel. The room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was nice and attentive, and the location is exceptional, in the middle of nature.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great hot water pressure. Nice bath tub. Our dog was welcome to stay. Outdoor garden area was nice and kids enjoyed it.

The hotell is located on top of a hill with wonderful views over the mountains, the town and the sea. Newly renovated. Very clean and fresh. The area is totally quiet and peaceful. The bar at the hotel is good a reasonably priced. Plenty of parking space for free. This is a hotel i could choose for a wedding reception. A perfect place for someone who needs peace and silence.
