Beautiful view from the sea-facing rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful, multi-lingual staff. Voiturier service, easy to unload the car outside the hotel and leave the keys. Car can be left in the car park after check out at no extra cost. Comfortable bar area and delicious complimentary drink.

This is exactly my type of hotel - charming, cozy, and perfectly located. The location couldn’t be better, right at La Concha Beach (Playa de la Concha) and within walking distance of the city center and the old town, where all the bars and cool spots are. The room was nice - spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom, in particular, stood out with plenty of space and functionality, a rare find these days. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great selection of options to suit every taste. My favourite? The eggs. What made this stay amazing, though, was the incredible team. From the reception to the bar, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Unfortunately, I don’t know everyone’s names, and it feels unfair not to mention them individually, so a huge thank you to all of you. Thank you for the warm welcome, for sharing your personal tips about the area, and for making me feel at home. A special shoutout to the team for not giving up on the Etxebarri reservation after I had already lost hope. They pulled off a miracle, securing a last-minute spot for me - even though I planned this trip on such short notice. On top of all that, they carefully dispatched some items I bought in Bilbao. I just unpacked them and was amazed at how much care they took in handling everything. Yes, the location is incredible. But it’s the people here who truly make this hotel special and unforgettable. Thank you so much!

We stayed in Classic Double Room with sea view on 1st floor with bay window. The quality of hotel and room was of the highest standard. Bed and pillows were wonderful and sleep peaceful due to electric blinds. Bathroom was extremely well appointed. Room was solid and sound proof. Beach right across the street. Air conditioning was silent but effective!! Built in toilet/bidet was wonderful. It is clear a lot of thought has gone into the design of these rooms. Staff were exceptional and available 24/7. We loved our stay!!!
