I arrived early at the hotel and there wasn't a room ready so they upgraded to me one of their other hotels a block away for no additional charge.

Fantastic property, exactly what we needed. Very close to zurriola beach. Lots of bars and only a short walk from old town. Smaller hotel linked to main hotel 5 minute walk away who were really helpful and allowed us flexibility with checking in and storing our suitcases. Would book again

The location is incredible. The bedrooms are decorated very nicely. One of our bedrooms was a good size.

Disclaimer: we were booked for this hotel but at the last minute we received what we were told was a free upgrade to the nearby Arrizul Congress. So the review is for there. Location was great and had a number of free drinks available in the rooms/lobby. The rooms were well soundproofed to the outside so no traffic noise came in. Basically what I would expect from a two star hotel, not a four star as advertised.

Close to shops, close to the beach, walking distance to the old town (bars and restaurants). Nice and helpful staff. Received an upgrade from Arrizul Beach to Arrizul Congress. I don't think the rooms are actually larger but it's a good hotel with nice rooms nevertheless... and you can get free coffee and drinks during the day.
