Smart hotel with high spec, clean and comfortable rooms. The location is ideal, walking distance from the station and the old town. We enjoyed dinner at hotel’s own restaurant Narru on the final night.

We had a junior suite with a view of the cathedral. Fabulous size, plenty of space to relax and superb location for everything in San Sebastián. The negatives were the complete lack of interest from the staff, and the hotel currently has building works on 2 adjacent buildings so a midweek stay will incur noise. The staff seemed totally disinterested, although helpful when asked. It was a shame as we felt they could have elevated our stay, but were distantly polite instead.

Wonderful location and super facilities. The room was very well appointed and all the fixtures were of the highest standard. It was also really quiet with good sound proofing and with very comfortable beds we had a great nights sleep.
