Visited with my wife and 2 friends and hotel was extremely elegant and luxurious and fantastic location for us to explore San Sebastian . Rooms were just fantastic and would highly recommend .

We had a lovely stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and clean and we made full use of the rooftop area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. It was a shame the pool wasn’t open but we should have checked this prior to our stay. We will definitely be coming back

A little disappointed to be honest, maybe as it was shoulder season but the roof pool was closed and we weren’t advised in advance or at check in and the roof bar was also closed and the area was untidy and not cleaned (bottles regularly left out overnight well into the late morning). Staff were generally disinterested though not rude. We were there for a birthday and I’d contacted in advance to ask about decorations and had no response. I don’t expect an upgrade but any small gesture or acknowledgment would have been appreciated. There were regularly staff standing around while we waited for attention - the tv in the room wasn’t working and wasn’t remedied, I was stood waiting in the bar area for a coffee for 20 minutes while staff walked past me, we’d booked in for use of the spa which was late opening, again no contact. No one told us in advance about the rear entrance escalator so we’d had to walk up a big hill from the station with our luggage. It’s a list of small things that just took away from what could have been easily much better. It’s a nice looking hotel, clean, room facilities are great but I think you’d have a better stay, experience and service elsewhere.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Since the top floor pool wasn’t open at this time of year we would have liked a dip in the pool at the spa but it would have needed to be early in the morning as we wanted to have breakfast and get out to see the city as we only had 2 days . It would have been good if the spa was open at least by 8am rather than 10am so we could do this and then got on with our sightseeing.

Great breakfast buffet especially for children and gf options were excellent. The restaurant was good and all the staff were very good. There is a quirky lift from the hotel - on top of a hill - into town to avoid the climb if you want. We walked everywhere, it was pretty easy.

Very spacious room with lots of space for belongings. Decor made room very dark Very clean room and large comfortable bed. Nice fluffy towels replaced each day Was surprised that payment had to be made to use the spa Lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy the sunshine

Was very shocked by how beautiful this hotel was. Pictures don’t even do it justice. The staff were super friendly with my dogs and the check in process was super quick. Came in with a camper van and yet the parking they had was very spacious and just so convenient. Located in the best neighbourhood in San Sebastián restaurants near by and just great for a couple of days and even more. Will be returning for sure !
