A small but very nice hotel right in the old town. There are no personell in the hotel so you check in by yourself. The landlord Unai helps you over the phone with this process. The rooms are bright and clean and there is a coffe maker Nespresso in the house free of cost. Highly recommended. I will return.

Beautiful place, warm, clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. Location was great. Coffee and tea free for guests made it very welcoming

There was a mix up with the rooms but this was resolved very quickly and without any disagreement which was a great start to the holiday. Much appreciated. Very comfortable bed and lovely sheets and duvet. Nice use of coffee machine and kettle - an added bonus! Nice hot shower. Great location, seconds away from the Old Town but also from the surf beach. Very clean.

Great location, we parked in Boulevard underground car park which was fine for our tall van. The accommodation was in a great location; good shower and a good hairdryer!

Excellent location, in the centre of the old town close to the market and many bars and restaurants. The room was clean, tidy and well designed with a window out to market square. Linen was clean, beds comfortable and there was coffe/tea available in the reception area.

Couldnt be in a better location!! Perfect to visit the old town and close enough to both beaches near by. 10 minute walk to bus station which connects to Bilbao airport. Lovely little room with en suite and coffee making facilities in the corridor outside.
