This place was super comfortable. The room had everything you need for a short stay in San Sebastián and the location was made everything accessible for everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay. The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Very reasonable price for the room. Good facilities- gym, spa, swimming pool. There is an Eroski supermarket nearby, which is very handy and the hotel is located on a quiet and peaceful street. The centre (Centro) is a short walk away- 9 minutes to the cathedral. Staff are very helpful.

Fantastic stay at axel hotel, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was close to everything we needed and we loved making use of the sauna and steam room after a full day exploring

The crew was excellent friendly. :) Also the cleaning was Always super. I have never seen such clean rooms. The breakfast was good but not extraordinary. The gym was useful and good. Good solution for 1-2 night stayings.

Excellent location, quiet and central, near the beach and old town, with cafes and supermarket close by. Rooms are very clean. Staff were lovely and the spa and gym facilities are a bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Hotel was fantastic! It is situated off a back street in the new town, just a short 10 min walk to the old town for the best pintxos and about 10 mins away from the main train/bus station. Spa facilities were nice, you are able to book a 1hr slot each day in the spa which prevents overcrowding (can’t comment on the treatments as we never got any). Rooms were nice and modern and extremely clean. Really hard to fault this hotel!
