Beautifully clean & comfortable. Very convenient for mainline train station. Close to centre, shops & beaches. Friendly staff who are very helpful.

Everything. The information that they sent before we arrived was the most informative and comprehensive that I have ever had. It was incredible. The apartment was easy to find with good underground parking very close by for which you get a discount. The apartment block itself is not the nicest of buildings but the apartment itself has been recently refurbished and is excellent. The recommended place for breakfast that we went to (they give three options for breakfast) is just across the street and serves a very nice breakfast with orange juice, toast, jam and coffee and is good value. The apartment is in a perfect location just a short walk into the centre of Donastia. Finally the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. A perfect stay!

Modern facilities, close to train station. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Since I checked in late and checked out early, I never saw any staff, everything was arranged online and it worked well.

The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable , excellent shower room. Super nice helpful receptionist who spoke good English. First tea/coffee free & only 50c thereafter. Next door to train station so easy to catch an early train. Short walk to beaches & old town. Felt very safe.

It was very close to the rail and bus stations. Because there is a lot of work going on at the station it takes a walk around to get oriented. Our receptionist was very helpful showing us how to get to places. There was a shared area with a microwave and a fridge and coffee machine. A supermarket was close by so it was a convenient option to buy a microwave meal until we got onto Spanish time. We were there during San Sebastián film festival so prices were high everywhere but we thought this was good value for what we wanted.

Very gentle staff, shiny room, very comfortable bed! In the centre of the city and a few minutes walk from the old city and the beaches. Spacious elevator to go up with the suitcase and a baby carriage. There is a parking right next to the hotel, which made our arrival so easy. Thank you ladies for your hard work :)

Very helpful, welcoming and friendly staff. Commitment to environmental sustainability. Proximity to train station. Quiet, clean, room with comfortable bed and good shower. Tea and coffee making equipment outside the room. Excellent communication in advance.
