It's a great place to stay in Madrid; it's quiet and comfortable. It is modern and has a friendly design. My room was spacious, elegant and very clean. Staff members were very supportive and friendly. The breakfast area was quiet and inviting; the breakfast buffet had a reasonable variety of foods. The hotel does not have a restaurant but is in a nice, quiet area, close to several bars and cafeterias. It is outside the city centre but is close to the metro station and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in Madrid.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom clean. The reception staff were very helpful, if a little overworked at times. One receptionist in particular let me practice my (poor) Spanish with her once I'd explained that I'd prefer not to speak in English unless I got stuck. From there on, all our dealings were in Spanish! The hotel is ideally placed for the business district of San Sebastián de los Reyes, but might be a bit too remote for visitors wishing to visit Madrid itself. As it was, for me, it was adjacent to work and to a selection of bars and restaurants, so that was ideal for my purposes. It's also close to a couple of supermarkets, if you're just looking for some charcuterie for your room.

A nice enough budget hotel, reasonably priced, for business travellers. The staff were excellent. Parking is available (at a price) but it's easy to park on the street. There are some very good restaurants close by. I would highly recommend the Galician one we found. Sorry, I can't remember the name. I would stay here again providing there is no increase in price.
