Hotel located in a safe neighborhood. Safe to walk around and explore the area. Closer to Pullmantur Bus service (Guatemala – El Salvador – Honduras). Good restaurants and pubs around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is superb and yummy.

Nice inexpensive hotel right in the zona rosa. Good room for central american standard, so don't expect anything fancy US/EU style! I liked the room and the overall experience, staff is nice and smiling.

The best in the hotel is the incredible staff they were courteous and extremely accomodating to our needs .The kitchen staff deserve a 100% rate.

The value for money in San Salvador is great, and I would recommend it to others. The location in the centre of San Benito is convenient, and the neighbourhood feels safe. The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a well-sized bathroom. The noise level is relatively low. The shower offers consistently hot water, and the lighting is adequate. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making it easy to stream videos without interruptions. The air conditioning works well, adding to the overall comfort.

Please check the negatives on this property. I am giving it a top rating because everything in the control of the property was excellent. Staff- Every single person that I met that works for the hotel was so professional, so friendly and welcoming! Everyone wanted to help and make my stay perfect. Laundry- The staff will do your laundry and have it done the next morning, and it was perfect. It also benefits the staff who get part of the payment. Breakfast- Pay no attention to the "continental breakfast" claim. This is a full, amazing breakfast with eggs, guac, cheeses, frijoles, pan. It is a full breakfast, not a "continental". Internet- The internet in my room, all the way at the end of the hallway, is faster than the internet at my apartment. Location- You can get anything you want within 10 minutes or less of walking. Restaurants, Juan Valdez coffee shop, Road Market for beer or chips, Bambu mall, Museums.

The hotel was in a nice quiet area, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The museum of art was also around the corner. It was comfortable and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and they had options to choose from.
