Location of the property was perfect, tranquil and peaceful at night. We had the lake view room and it was amazing waking up every morning to the sun rising over the volcanoes and lakes. Loved the cats.

It is a beautiful, calm oasis. An absolutely stunning lakeside location, gorgeous gardens, and having a top rated restaurant, you know you picked well. This is as good as it gets!

The room was lovely (lake view #10) with a great balcony to relax on. Host was friendly and was able to advise on travel plans. The restaurant (El Gaya Perdido) was an added bonus

Nice place. A bit more away from the center so for that reason quiet. The walk at night is oke. The town is safe with friendly people everywhere. The location and the views were great, but nothing to special. Expected a bit more. Shower had warm water but wasn’t very constant. Overall an oke stay. They were constructing on the site so good to take this in notice since it can be noisy because of this.

Everything was really clean and staff is friendly! The view of the lake is really gorgeous. We loved the hotel restaurant as well! Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Beautiful building with great views of the lake from the roof terrace. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food at the rooftop restaurant was amazing but pricey.

The views are outstanding and the restaurant breakfast was good. The garden to the entrance is one long planted arch. It’s pretty.
