Incredible view! Much better than the photos on Booking .com. Excellent location, near to the main strip but completely quiet. I visited here twice because I liked it so much.

You can overlook the lake from the balcony, there are hammocks and chairs. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a very good stay!

- well located - closed to the street with all the bars and restaurants but without the noise of that street - view on the lake - very basic room (for example no small lamp by the bed) but has everything you need - very cheap compared to other accommodations in San Pedro - Gladys and her husband are super nice

The views and location are amazing - probably the main things going for this place. For a short stay I'd recommend as it's quiet and had lovely hammocks and seating to look out over the lake.

Amazing location and views of the lake. We were on the top floor and the room was lovely. A lot more modern than the photos, flooring and windows seemed new. There is a kitchen you can use and they did laundry for us which was ready the next day.

The location is very convenient. The view is amazing. The terrace is a wonderful plus. The owners spoke a bit of English but enough to understand each other.
