The fine print
This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.The cost of heating is only included in the price for the months of June and July. For the rest of the months, we do not have heating service.Please note, guests must inform their bedding type preference when making the reservation.
LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

All good here. Large comfy room, good hot water, easy walk to centre and parking. Staff very friendly and breakfast was ok also.

Lovely place to stay, clean and tidy, breakfast was great and owner lovely. The grandfather helped us book transport back to Calama when every place we tried was booked out. Love the little dog too.

Wonderful hostal, with a beautiful courtyard on the outskirts of San Pedro. Such amazing and kind hosts. Will be staying again!

The hosts were lovely and very helpful. We used their laundry service which was quick and efficient too. The hotel is really well located, with a short walk to the main street.

Luciano and Sonya were excellent hosts! They were very friendly and very helpful. They are super accommodating and welcoming. Their cat and dog are also very friendly. You should tell Luciano each day if you need breakfast the next day, and he will accommodate. Luciano's scrambled eggs are *chef kiss*.
