Please note check-in is at 14:00, guests arriving before are welcome to leave their bags at the luggage storage and use the hotel's facilities until their room is ready. If rooms are ready and available before 14:00, guests are welcome to use the room.--Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

It s a simple hostel handled from a very nice family. People at the reception desk did everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. There is also a big area and a terrace where is easy to socialise with other guestes. I also rent the bike for the tour at the moon valley and the bike was very efficient and comfortable. Highly recommended

The bedroom was ok and wasn’t too hot during the day neither too cold at night, so it’s great. The shower was ok with hot water (could be different if there was someone else showering too in another shower though).

We loved our stay here. We had the private room with ensuite and it was super cosy! I got really sick when we arrived but was so relieved to be in such a comfortable space while I was so unwell. Bed was large and warm, pillows were lush. Hot showers with large bathroom. Nice view of the volcano. My partner spent a lot of time in the common area watching the football with other guests. Staff were lovely. Excellent restaurant next door - traditional Chilean food and very cheap. Fried chicken place around the corner was good too. While this place is a bit of a walk from town, restaurants were WAY cheaper and location was quiet. Very close to bus terminal. Convenience store at end of road also.
